In particular, Hieu helps clients transfer significant family wealth seamlessly while minimizing tax liability across different jurisdictions including the U.S., Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia. He represents high-net-worth clients to work with banks, trustees, local counsel, tax advisors across continents during the planning, structuring and executing exercise. Hieu regularly advises clients on pre-immigration tax planning, family asset holding structure, creation of family trusts and acquisition of overseas assets.
