Thieu Mai joined the team in June 2024 and is a junior associate at ACSV Legal. Before joining ACSV Legal, Thieu worked for 2 local law firms specializing in dispute resolution, employment, and corporate services. He earned his LL.B in Business Law at the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City.
Thieu is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Thieu has been involved in matters of initiating claims by litigation and arbitration as well as licensing for foreign investors. He has experience in conducting legal research, drafting petitions, corporate documents, and communicating with the local authorities.
