Kim Nguyen joined the team in January 2021 and is an associate at ACSV Legal. Kim graduated from the Ho Chi Minh University of Law in August 2020.
Kim holds an LL.B in Commercial and Civil Law (International Advanced Program) of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Kim has experience as in-house counsel and has supported with legal due dilligences, drafted commercial agreements and performed legal research in corporate, tax, employment, construction and real estate. She also has experience in the preparation and submission of application dossiers for the incorporation of domestic and foreign-owned enterprises.
