THOM NGUYEN

• Overview

  Thom Nguyen is a Special Counsel at ACSV Legal with 20 years of experience and joined the team in September 2023. Before joining ACSV Legal she worked at large international firms in Vietnam.

  Thom has represented multinational corporations in diverse industries including trading, IT, engineering, and telecommunications. Her practice is focused primarily on commercial transactions such as foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, franchise, and dispute settlement. 

  Thom holds an LL.B in Business Law from the Law Faculty of the National University in Hanoi and is a qualified lawyer since 2008. She is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association.
