Overview

Oanh Tran joined the team in September 2023 and is a junior associate at ACSV Legal. Prior to joining ACSV Legal, Oanh worked in the legal team at a Big4 team.
She earned her LL.B in Finance and Banking Law at the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City.
Besides being a native Vietnamese speaker, she speaks English fluently.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Oanh has been involved in matters related to due diligence exercises as well as licensing for foreign investors. She also has experience in conducting legal research, drafting corporate documents, and communicating with the local authorities.
