• Overview

  Nguyet Le joined the team in July 2017 and is a senior associate at ACSV Legal. Prior to working at ACSV Legal, she worked at a large law firm in Vietnam. Nguyet graduated from the Ho Chi Minh City National University, Economics and Law Faculty, in August 2015. She is a qualified lawyer since June 2019.

  AREAS OF EXPERTISE

  Nguyet has been involved in matters in relation to licensing matters for foreign direct investment projects in Vietnam as well as incorporation of offshore companies and other matters relating to business operations. Nguyet has also been involved in due diligence exercises and in performing legal research on a number of commercial issues in corporate, employment and retail matters.
