• Overview

  Prior to working at ACSV Legal, she worked at a law firm for 6 years. Mai graduated from the Ho Chi Minh City National University, Economics and Law Faculty, in August 2015. She is a qualified lawyer since September 2020.

  AREAS OF EXPERTISE

  Mai has been involved in matters in relation to licensing matters for foreign direct investment projects in Vietnam as well as incorporation of offshore companies and other matters relating to business operations. She has also been involved in due diligence exercises and advised on a number of commercial issues in corporate, employment and retail matters.
