Overview

Cat Pham joined ACSV Legal as a junior associate in November 2024. Before that, he spent one year working at international law firms specializing in M&A, Fintech, Energy, and International Trade. He then worked for nearly three years as a Legal Officer at a Singapore-Vietnam company specializing in Fintech and Real Estate.
He obtained his LL.B through the high-quality training program in International Civil Commerce at the University of Law of Ho Chi Minh City. Since April 2023, he has been attending the Lawyer Trainee Course at the Academy of Justice in Ho Chi Minh City.
Cat is fluent in English, Japanese, and Vietnamese.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Cat has been involved in real estate matters for local companies and individuals, focusing on minimizing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. He has handled licensing procedures for foreign direct investment projects in Vietnam, as well as the incorporation of offshore companies and other business operations.
Additionally, Cat has participated in due diligence exercises and provided legal advice on various commercial matters, including corporate law, employment, and real estate.
