Overview

Tri Pham joined the team in November 2024 and is an associate at ACSV Legal. Prior to joining ACSV Legal, he gained significant experience as an associate at reputable foreign law firms and as an in-house counsel at a multinational retail company. Tri graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law with a Bachelor of Law with merit, completed an extensive course on Japanese law, and commenced a Master's degree in global business and finance law. He is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
Tri speaks Vietnamese natively, is fluent in English and Japanese.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Tri's practice areas include M&A transactions across various industries, such as real estate, dental and medical device manufacturing, retail and wholesale, IT services, and solar power. He is skilled in drafting and advising on a wide range of legal documents, including joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements, and other complex contracts. Tri has also advised clients on licensing matters, such as establishing subsidiaries and amending business licenses. Additionally, he possesses extensive experience in advising foreign-invested companies on their daily operations and commercial matters.
