Andreanna Ten is an Of Counsel at ACSV Legal. Prior to joining ACSV Legal, she was a partner of the Corporate Finance and Securities practice group at one of the largest law firms in Malaysia.
Andreanna obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and completed her Certificate of Legal Practice in Malaysia in 2014. She is an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia since 2015. In 2019, Andreanna completed her Master of Laws (LLM) with high distinction in Queen Mary University of London, under the prestigious British Chevening Scholarship award. Her LLM dissertation focused on the acceleration of green financing across ASEAN.
Andreanna speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently, and speaks conversational Mandarin.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Andreanna’s practice areas include equity capital markets transactions (such as primary dual listing exercises, primary and secondary placements, take-over matters, issuance of structured warrants and others), mergers and acquisitions as well as restructuring exercises involving public listed companies. She has also assisted public listed companies and REITs to establish long-term incentive plans, amend constitutions or trust deed, amongst other general corporate transactions.
She is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions in highly regulated sectors involving financial institutions, insurance companies and other private companies, and has provided general corporate advisory to both Malaysian and international clients. Andreanna has advised a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government entities, on complex legal matters.
