• Overview

  Hoang Le is an Associate at ACSV Legal and holds an LL.B. from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. He has been admitted to the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association since May 2024. Prior to joining ACSV Legal, he worked at a Japanese advisory firm and a notable local law firm where he supported both domestic and international clients on a wide range of legal matters.

  AREAS OF EXPERTISE

  Hoang has experience in advising on foreign investment, corporate structuring, and market entry procedures. He has worked with clients across various sectors, including a French building materials group, a Thai energy conglomerate, and a multi-brand fashion retail chain operating in Vietnam. His work includes transaction structuring, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and drafting commercial contracts.

  In addition, Hoang has been involved in resolving legal disputes involving state-invested enterprises, as well as matters relating to land, banking, and corporate governance. His involvement includes legal research, case analysis, and strategic advisory support.
