Overview

Tien Dang joined ACSV Legal in November 2025 as a Junior Associate. Prior to joining the firm, he spent two years working at an international law firm, where he supported partners and senior associates on corporate and M&A transactions, licensing matters for foreign investors, and various regulatory compliance projects.
Tien holds an LL.B in Business Law from the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. He has completed the lawyer training course and is preparing for his apprenticeship.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Tien has experience in corporate and M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and supporting general corporate advisory work. He is also experienced in business licensing, regulatory research, legal document translation, and liaising with clients and relevant authorities.
