AMENDMENT TO PREFERENTIAL EXPORT AND IMPORT TARIFF SCHEDULES UNDER CPTPP

Decree No. 13/2025/ND-CP (“Decree 13”) established Vietnam's Preferential Export Tariff Schedule and Special Preferential Import Tariff Schedule for implementing the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) for the period from 2022 to 2027. Decree 13 primarily addresses the accession of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (the “UK”) to CPTPP.
