DUC TRAN

Duc Tran is an associate at ACSV Legal and joined the team in August 2019.

Prior to working at ACSV Legal he worked at another international law firm in Vietnam as well as a local Vietnamese law firm. Duc has a bachelor from the University of Law and Economics in Ho Chi Minh City. Duc was admitted to the HCMC Bar Association in November 2019.

Duc has experience in conducting legal research, preparing advice on corporate matters, in drafting corporate documents. Duc also has experience in supporting foreign companies to set up a company in Vietnam and has participated in legal due diligence.
