Cuong Ta is an associate at ACSV Legal and joined the team in July 2019.

Prior to joining ACSV Legal Cuong worked at a healthcare investment company for several years. He has a double bachelor’s degree in Legal English and Vietnamese Law from the Ho Chi Minh University of Law.

Cuong has experience in reviewing healthcare related investment contracts, has supported in healthcare M&As and has experience in banking & finance related matters.
