ANH PHAM

• Overview

  Anh Pham is a Special Counsel at ACSV Legal. She joined the team in September 2023. Prior to joining ACSV Legal, she worked as an in-house counsel at an international medical facility in Vietnam and international law firms in Vietnam.

  Anh has an LL.B (HCMC UL) and LL.M. in Law (Lund University, Sweden), an LL.B in English Teaching (Can Tho University) and an LL.M in TESOL (Canberra University). She is a licensed translator and has more than 23 years of doing and teaching legal translation.

  Anh was admitted to Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association in 2013 and is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Consultancy Association for Science, Technology and Management.

  Besides being a native Vietnamese speaker, Anh is fluent in English.

  Anh has practiced law for more than 17 years, of which 12 years in M&A transactions and compliance matters in various sectors such as retail, logistics, real estate, healthcare, fund management, education, energy, and hospitality.
